We were the only people in the restaurant. Told us it would be a 4 minute wait on our food. The bar were the food normally is was completely empty. It was 7pm. No big deal. We said ok. 10 minutes later we go ask what is going on with our food. They had totally forgot about us. We had to tell them what we had ordered. While we were waiting on our food. Everybody was in the back singing and clapping to make a beat. Dude I'm all for having fun and keeping happy at work. But we were the only people in the restaurant. U can not handle 1 set of customers. God help u when u get busy. No I'm sorry or anything. Great customer service. Sad pamilco really has not got enough restaurants for these workers to run it in to the ground.
Never know how it will be. Haven't had much service problem. Some days chickens are the size of cornish hens. Supplier needs to get it right. Big price little chicken. Biscuits fine most time chicken good when fresh. Get it right its a tough location gotta be the best to survive. Ham biscuits real good on Saturday morning
Service was slow. Young man at cashier was complaining about working there and wanted to quit. I show him the door! Food was hot when we finally got it and it was okay.
Service and food is excellent in the morning and at lunch time. Service is terrible at night. Their seems to be no supervision at night.
Absolutely delicious food. Dining area is clean. Bathrooms clean. Notice seems any time we go through drive through employees aren't exactly friendly
